Shipping costs

Shipping and handling costs may vary depending upon the rates offered by our shipping carriers, promotions we may run, on the destination address and the amount of products you are buying. For purchases of two or more pairs, you have free delivery. Otherwise, you can check the final shipping costs when finalizing the payment flow.

LEAF® reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.

 

RETURN POLICY

You can change the products bought online via shop-leaf.com or in any of our official stores.

The new LEAF® will be sent to you free of charge, but the return delivery costs must be paid by the customer. The LEAF® must be returned in the original packaging, unused and within 60 days of purchase. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our warehouse in Buenos Aires.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are Final Sale and are not eligible for return. Additionally, any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. The changes are always for another LEAF® product.

 

I want to change my leaf, how do i do it?

To make a change we ask you complete the following form. By submitting the form, you will receive instructions on how to return the current pair. Remember that you can return the product or get a credit custom code to use on your next purchase.

 

CAN I CHANGE ONLINE A PRODUCT I BOUGHT IN A STORE?

Yes, you can change products online purchased in a store. The new LEAF® will be sent to you free of charge, but the return delivery costs must be paid by the customer. Can I return LEAF® products that I purchased online to an official retailer?

Products purchased on shop-leaf.com must be returned directly to us and not to a retailer. If you want to return a product you purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer directly for information on their return policy.

Will my LEAF® Shoes stretch?

Your LEAF® Shoes will most likely stretch slightly with use. That's why we always recommend reviewing our size chart to know which one is the right LEAF® for you!


 

WHAT IF I CHOSED THE WRONG SIZE?

Your LEAF® Shoes will most likely stretch slightly with use. They should fit snugly out of the box with your toes touching the end. After a few hours of wearing, they will likely stretch slightly to conform to your feet. If you are unsure whether or not they will fit, please try your LEAF® on a carpeted surface to see how they stretch as we do not accept returns on shoes that show any wear or use.

 

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR something different THAN WHAT I ORDERED

If your product is defect or you received a different one than ordered, you won´t have to worry about anything. We're going to pick the order up and deliver you the right one asap. Both shipping costs will be at our expense.

What Forms of Payment does SHOP-LEAF.com accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, LEAF® Gift Cards and bank transfers. We do not accept checks or cash at this time. Please note that if you pay with a LEAF® Gift Card or store credit, you can pay for the balance of your purchase with a credit card or PayPal.

  

How long does it take until i get my leaf?

It depends on the type of shipping you selected. Delivery time varies according to where you are, but comprises between 5 to 8 working days after the payment is confirmed.

We will make three attempts to deliver the product to the address you entered. In case we can´t find you, we´ll return the product to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.

 

Does LEAF® ship internationally?

Yes, we do! LEAF® is conquering the world and having offices in the biggest cities in Europe and United States. Our LEAF® are ready to get wherever you are!

 

¡OOPS! I CAN´T FIND THE SHOE I WANTED, Do you restock shoes that are sold out?

Most of our styles are seasonal or limited editions; this means that once they sell out they will not be restocked. However, some of our classic styles are frequently restocked.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order cannot be canceled or modified once it is placed. However, you may be able to return your items to us once you receive them.
